Party Bus Rentals in Glendora, California

Busrentalglendora.com is an advertising and quote comparison website that makes it easy to find and compare party bus rentals in Glendora, California. It is not a local transportation company and does not own any vehicles. Because Busrentalglendora.com is not a bus operator, you are never limited to a single fleet — you compare party buses from a large network of independently owned transportation companies all in one place.

Transportation is provided by independent operators, and booking is completed through a national booking platform.

Use the online quote tool to enter your date, group size, and pickup location — it takes about a minute to fill out. Once submitted, you are taken to a results page on a national booking platform showing different party buses and prices from a network of transportation companies serving the Glendora area. You can browse vehicle photos, review packages, and book the party bus you want right online in just minutes.

No account required. If you prefer to talk it through, call 626-540-0005 any time and a live agent will help you compare options and build a package around your itinerary.

Citrus Stadium sits on the Citrus College campus at 1000 W Foothill Blvd, Glendora, CA 91741. For events at the stadium, your party bus drops your group at the main campus entrance drop-off circle on Foothill Boulevard, right at the front of campus. After drop-off, oversized vehicles are directed to the outer campus lots — Lot 8 on the east side of campus off Covina Avenue is the large surface lot where buses typically stage while your group is inside.

Event parking at Citrus College is enforced by Campus Safety at (626) 914-8611, and parking fees for events typically run $5–$10 at the pay stations. Campus-sponsored event parking can be arranged through Campus Safety at least ten days in advance, with the request specifying the number of permits and dates; the full process is on the Citrus College parking permits page. Confirm current lot assignments with Campus Safety before your event, since assignments can shift depending on what else is happening on campus that day.

Haugh Performing Arts Center is located inside the Citrus College campus at 1000 W Foothill Blvd, Glendora, CA 91741, with a box office at (626) 963-9411. Your party bus enters campus through the main entrance on Foothill Boulevard and drops your group at the main campus entrance circle, which puts everyone steps from the Haugh PAC building. After drop-off, the bus stages in the outer campus lots — Lot 8 off Covina Avenue on the east side of campus is the most accommodating spot for larger vehicles.

The Haugh PAC shares all campus parking with Citrus College, so arriving with a little buffer time before showtime keeps the drop-off smooth. Check the Haugh PAC plan your visit page for any event-specific guidance before your show.

Azusa Pacific University's La Fetra Performing Arts Center is located on the APU campus at 901 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702, about two miles west of central Glendora along Alosta Avenue. For events at La Fetra, your party bus drops your group near the main campus entrance on Alosta Avenue, which is the primary access point for visitors arriving for performances and events. After drop-off, oversized vehicles contact APU Parking Services at (626) 815-3838 to confirm the correct staging area for your event, since lot assignments on the APU campus vary by event.

Confirm your drop-off and pickup plan with APU Parking Services before the event so your group knows exactly where to meet the bus when the show ends.

Fairplex — home of the LA County Fair and dozens of major events each year — is located at 1101 W McKinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768, about 10 miles south of Glendora via Grand Avenue and the I-10. For passenger drop-off, buses and oversized vehicles use Gate 17 on McKinley Avenue. The Gate 17 itinerary address is 1801 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona, CA 91768, not the fairgrounds' main 1101 W. McKinley Ave. address; the Fairplex Oktoberfest parking FAQ shows the entrance address.

After dropping your group, the bus proceeds to the designated Bus and RV Lot (Lot K) on the north side of the fairgrounds, accessible from the White Avenue entrance. Bus parking typically runs $20–$30 per event day. For post-event pickup, buses return to Gate 17 on McKinley Avenue to collect your group.

The LA County Fair ran from May 7 through May 31, 2026 — one of the busiest party bus weekends of the year for the entire San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire — so book your Fairplex party bus well in advance. Fairplex Oktoberfest runs Fridays and Saturdays from October 2–17, 2026, with event hours from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The bus gets your group to the right gate without the Fairplex guesswork.

Check the Fairplex parking page for current event-specific guidance before your visit.

Rose Bowl Stadium is one of the most iconic venues in the country, and one of the most popular destinations for party bus groups heading out from Glendora and the San Gabriel Valley. For most events, charter buses and oversized vehicles are directed to Lot H on the west side of the stadium off Rosemont Avenue. For major events like the Rose Bowl Game on January 1 and large concerts, buses may be directed to parking areas at the Brookside Golf Course on the north side, with shuttle service running to the stadium entrance.

Drop-off for your group is on Rose Bowl Drive near the main east entrance before the bus proceeds to its assigned lot. Bus parking passes for major events must be purchased in advance through the Rose Bowl event office. Once the bus is parked, there are no in-and-out privileges, overnight parking is prohibited, and parking areas close within 90 minutes after the event; the Rose Bowl Stadium event parking rules spell out those limits.

Because parking assignments shift by event, confirm current details on the Rose Bowl parking and transportation page or by calling the venue directly at (626) 577-3100 before your visit.

Pasadena Convention Center is located at 300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101, about 12 miles west of Glendora along the I-210. For events at the convention center and the adjacent Civic Auditorium, party buses drop passengers along Marengo Avenue on the east side of the complex, between Green Street and Cordova Street — that curb puts your group right at the main entrance without navigating the busier Green Street side. After drop-off, the bus stages in the Marengo Avenue Parking Structure (235 Marengo Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101) or along Cordova Street east of Marengo for oversized vehicles that do not fit in the structure.

For pickup after your event, coordinate a meeting point on Marengo Avenue before you go in so the whole group knows exactly where the bus will be. Check the Pasadena Convention Center transportation and parking page for any event-specific updates before your visit.

Book your Glendora party bus at least three to six months in advance for the best selection and pricing — and stretch that to six months or more for the dates that fill fastest. Prom season in April and May is the single busiest stretch of the year across Glendora High School, Charter Oak High School, Bonita High School, and every other San Gabriel Valley school, and buses disappear early. The LA County Fair at Fairplex in September and October, the Rose Bowl Game on January 1, 2027, and major concert weekends at Rose Bowl Stadium all drive enormous demand across the region at once.

Waiting until the last minute means higher prices and fewer options. The earlier you lock in your date, the better your party bus selection and the better your price. Call 626-540-0005 right now to hold your date!
